BLU is a marketplace platform connecting customers with luxury transport companies. BLU is not a transport company and does not participate in contracts between customers and companies.
Bookings are handled directly between the customer and the company. The platform only facilitates the connection. Payment is made directly to the company.
Each partner company is fully responsible for the service provided, its quality, and compliance with local regulations.
Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Companies may cancel up to 4 hours before.
BLU is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of services booked through the platform.
